- provide administrative support to the management team
- answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- ensure fast and smooth onboarding of all new clients
- assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports
- conduct research and compile data for various projects
- maintain client data in company crm
- assist with maintenance of company online presence
- assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using quickbooks
- organize and maintain digital files
- ensures delivery and satisfaction of services by requesting feedback survey and other metrics.

*requirements*:

- minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- minimum of 1 year tax preparation, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
- proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint)
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- experience with customer service or front desk duties is a plus
- familiarity with quickbooks or other accounting software is preferred
- ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately is a plus
- experience in event planning or project coordination is a bonus

pay: from $133.00 per hour

expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
