Telecom expert job opportunity
as a skilled telecom operations and maintenance professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our global telecommunications network.
key responsibilities:
* work onsite 100% of the time to provide expert maintenance and support for our telecom infrastructure.
* gain insights into intelligent operation and maintenance business, customer pain points, and network scanning to construct basic information.
* match customer needs with solution design and adaptation to meet their requirements.
* align industry development goals by conducting pre-sales expansion work, summit exchanges, solution presentations, customer digital transformation, and solution guidance.
* maintain strong customer relationships and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless communication.
* design scenario-based solutions and prepare clear presentation materials to analyze customer needs.
* advise other countries' teams on our services, act as a senior business consultant, and understand the whole picture from the customer side and our services.
* communicate effectively with cxo-level clients, align internal goals with customer kpis and pain points, and use english as your first language.
requirements:
* minimum 8 years of experience in field operation with telecom.
* minimum 5 years of optimization & planning experience for gsm and gprs or umts.
* minimum 3 years of experience with vendors (ericsson, nokia, huawei, alu, liberty, claro, c&w, etc.).
* understand telecom network operations & maintenance processes, organizational structures, and architecture.
* experience in managed services, intelligent operations and maintenance solutions, and noc/flm delivery.
* experience in operation and maintenance process construction, and operation and maintenance organization management;
* excellent knowledge of 3g/4g/5g radio communication and optimization, and fixed services (fttx).
* experience in intelligent operation and maintenance expansion, industry development insights, customer pain point analysis, network scanning, and information construction, solution design, etc.
* experience in customer communication at large events and summits like the barcelona exhibition, mwc, presenting intelligent operation and maintenance solutions.
* experience as od/cto/ctio in telecom is a strong advantage.
* strong ability to understand customer needs and solution design, accurately identify and guide truly valuable customer needs, complete scenario-based solution design, and presentation material writing.
* capable of communicating with customer cxos, understanding customer key kpis, pain points, or demand analysis, aligning customer demand analysis with internal organization, and carrying out matching work.

* able to travel to various countries in latin america for on-site support.
* will to accept business trips to latin america for up to 6 months per year.
* fluent spanish and fluent english speakers.
* capable of intelligent operation and maintenance project delivery management, intelligent operation and maintenance industry expansion capabilities, and solution customer communication capabilities.
* cross-cultural cooperation experience is preferred, can adapt to core values.
