We are seeking a business analyst to analyze current business processes, map user workflows, and define how our systems should function. This role will work closely with product managers, ui/ux, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring clarity to requirements before development begins.

key responsibilities
process analysis & mapping
* document current‑state business processes, workflows, and system interactions
* identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement
* create clear process maps, user flows, and system diagrams
* validate process understanding with stakeholders across the organization
user journey & experience definition
* map end‑to‑end user journeys across systems and touchpoints
* identify pain points, friction, and opportunities for improvement
* work closely with ui/ux to translate workflows into intuitive user experiences
* ensure user flows are logical, efficient, and aligned with business goals
requirements definition
* translate business processes into structured requirements and functional specifications
* support product managers in defining user stories and acceptance criteria
* ensure requirements are complete, clear, and ready for development
* maintain documentation of workflows, requirements, and decisions
stakeholder collaboration
* work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and constraints
cross‑functional coordination
* partner with product managers to support discovery and planning
* collaborate with ui/ux on wireframes, flows, and interaction design
* support engineering by clarifying requirements during development
* participate in reviews to ensure delivered functionality matches intent
documentation & visibility
* maintain clear and organized documentation of processes and requirements
qualifications
* 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, product, or related roles
* experience documenting business processes and workflows
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
* strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* experience working in a software or technology‑driven environment
preferred skills
* experience working with product managers and ui/ux teams
* familiarity with agile or iterative development environments
* experience with process mapping tools or diagramming techniques
* experience in compliance‑driven or regulated industries
tools & platforms (preferred experience)
* process mapping tools (miro, lucidchart, visio, or similar)
* wireframing or collaboration tools (figma, miro, or similar)
* power bi or reporting tools (helpful but not required)
* collaboration tools such as zoom and chat platforms
* familiarity with eos / ninety or similar operating frameworks is helpful but not required
