* experience in industrial, chemical and or consumer business (8-10 years), preferably in an international environment in mexico
* university degree such as mba, master in political science, chemical engineering or similar
* very good analytical and conceptual skills
* proven track records to drive execution on strategic projects
* empathetic team player who at the same time is able to work independently and within internal or external networks
* fluency in english is a must
* willingness to travel within relevants locations in mexico
