Headquartered in miami, florida, we are committed to expanding access to clean energy while empowering sales professionals to thrive in a high-performance, growth-driven environment.

we are currently expanding and seeking bilingual professionals for remote roles in call center sales, solar appointment setting, and inside sales. Qualified candidates will have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or closing, preferably in industries such as solar, real estate, roofing, or home improvement.

role responsibilities

* conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects, educating them on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
* generate and schedule high-quality appointments for our team of solar specialists.
* meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* build rapport with potential customers, manage objections, and communicate value effectively.
* ensure smooth handoffs to the closing team to maintain strong customer satisfaction.

competitive compensation:

* base salary: $800 usd per month.
* commission: $100 usd per completed installation.
* agents typically close 5–10 installations per month.
* weekly pay to reward your performance promptly.

candidate profile

* minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, call center sales, inside sales, or appointment setting.

* strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume calling activity.
* comfortable working in a remote, performance-based setting.
* fluent in both english and spanish.
