Job title: finance managerresponsibilities:own full-cycle accounting and statutory reporting in accordance with mexican nif & ifrs, ensuring on-time sat filings and regulatory compliance.lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and monthly variance analysis; present results to china hq in bilingual decks.manage treasury, fx exposure, cash-flow planning, and banking relationships; optimize working-capital cycle.oversee tax planning & transfer-pricing documentation; liaise with sat and external tax advisors.establish, document, and periodically test a local compliance framework covering anti-money-laundering (aml), anti-bribery/fcpa-style controls, v sapin ii, and local beps action 13 requirements; report breaches within 48 hours.maintain robust internal controls & sox-style procedures; coordinate external and internal audit.supervise cost accounting & inventory valuation for lubricant blending/packaging operations; drive margin analysis and cost-down initiatives.coach and develop the local finance team; establish kpis, training plans, and succession bench.serve as finance business partner to operations, sales, and supply-chain teams; support capex, pricing, and contract reviews.prepare ad-hoc analyses and bilingual board packs for strategic initiatives, m&a, or cross-border financing.monitor evolving mexican & international regulations (sat cfdi 5.0, esg reporting, customs immex, uflpa, etc.), update policies, and deliver quarterly compliance training to finance & non-finance staff.requirements:academic background bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldsprofessional certification contador público (cpa) required.acca/cma is a plus.work experience 2 years of relevant experience.at least 2 years in a finance or similar role.experience in multinational companies or manufacturing preferred.language skills fluency in english and spanish required.chinese is a plus.technical skills proficient in mexican nif, ifrs, sat, sat cfdi 5.0, and related regulatory frameworks.familiar with erp systems (sap/oracle/kingdee) and advanced excel/power bi.knowledge of sox/internal controls, aml, anti-bribery/fcpa, and beps compliance.experience in cost accounting, inventory management, tax planning, and transfer pricing.other competencies strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.high integrity, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
