*requirements:
- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- proven experience as an oracle database administrator in a cloud environment.
- proficiency in oracle database technologies, including oracle cloud infrastructure, oracle database, oracle rac, and oracle data guard.
- strong understanding of database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security best practices in a cloud environment.
- experience with sql, pl/sql, and scripting languages (e.g., shell, python).
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- experience with microsoft azure
*activities:
- provision, configure, and maintain oracle cloud databases, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
- monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- implement and maintain database backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- plan and execute database migrations and upgrades.
- collaborate with development teams to optimize database schema and sql queries.
- implement and enforce database security policies and procedures.
- manage database user accounts, access controls, db links, sched jobs,
- stay current with oracle cloud technologies and best practices.
- provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- document database configurations, processes, and procedures.
