Supervise and support process leaders responsible for mixing operations and product industrialization. Oversee theindustrialization of new machinery, materials, and compounds. Coordinatenew product launches into standard production. Managetechnical homologations for new materials and compounds. Evaluatesuppliers and raw materials used in tire compound formulations. Providetechnical support and supervision to cross-functional areassuch as production, quality, and r&d. Ensure compliance withmanufacturing standards and quality systems (iatf 16949). Report directly tolocal leadership and corporate teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies.leadership impact this role goes beyond technical coordination. The process coordinator will be responsible fordeveloping the capabilities of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to ensure strong technical performance and collaboration across departments.what we're looking for 5+ years of experiencein a similar leadership or coordination role. Strong background inrubber processing, mixing, or tire manufacturing(highly preferred). Solid knowledge ofraw materials, compound development, and manufacturing processes. Experience working withiatf 16949 quality standards. Bachelor's degree inchemical engineering, materials engineering, nanotechnology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related fields.
