how to thrive in this role?
skills, knowledge & experience:
you have 3 years experience in manufacturing (aviation, automotive or related)
you have an intermediate english level (reading, writing and speaking)
you have problem solving skills, continuous improvement tools, as well as quality core tools.
you have knowledge and management of measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and gd&t.
you have knowledge and management of quality control systems
you have experience in planning and executing new projects in a multi-functional group.
