The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership.key responsibilities: lead and deploy the regional quality strategy aligned with business and customer requirements oversee quality management systems (qms) across multiple sites, ensuring standardization and compliance (iatf 16949) drive continuous improvement initiatives, reducing defects and enhancing overall performance provide leadership and direction to site quality managers and teams lead internal and external audits, including customer and certification bodies partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to resolve systemic quality issues monitor kpis, analyze trends, and report performance to executive leadership strengthen a culture of accountability, quality excellence, and customer focusideal profile: bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (master's degree is a plus) +8 years of experience in quality leadership roles within the automotive industry proven experience managing multi-site operations at a regional level strong expertise in iatf 16949, core tools, and customer-specific requirements executive presence with strong leadership and influencing skills advanced english (required) willingness to travel
