*position*: real estate specialist ii
*what you’ll be doing*:
- manage and execute multiple building improvements & construction projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- works closely with internal/external stakeholders in defining project scope and preparing construction drawings.
- involved in the lease negotiation and review process.
- leads project meetings, establishes schedules and supervises tasks of external construction crews, furniture installers, movers and it service providers.
- responsible for project financial planning and management to include budgeting and invoicing.
- manage customer relationships by providing clear communication and proactively anticipating client needs.
- support corporate space planning efforts.
- coordinate with internal departments such as it, security, facilities management, finance, legal, supply chain, etc.
- provide metrics to measure program achievements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- performs vendor management for site support services and project-related initiatives, including coordinating pricing and placing orders.
- work closely with facilities management team.
*what we are looking for*:
- bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, construction management, architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, construction, or related field.
- strong time management and prioritization skills, coordinating and handling multiple projects at a time.
- proven experience engaging and managing executive-level stakeholders to drive initiatives and achieve business goals.
- experience with space planning, furniture plans, interior finishes and equipment.
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction plans, leases, vendor contracts, and related documents.
- proficiency in ms office (outlook, word, excel) and computer skills is required.
- some architectural/engineering knowledge is preferred.
- working knowledge of autocad is preferred.
- high attention to detail and organizational skills.
