our organization is seeking an accomplished learning and development business partner to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management programs.
* design and lead the execution of talent management initiatives that align with business objectives.
* develop and deliver training programs, including engineering excellence skills academy, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* establish metrics and performance measures to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs.
* cultivate partnerships with subject matter experts (smes) to facilitate the sharing of knowledge on their roles within the organization.
* oversee the associate engineering trainee program, encompassing onboarding processes and learning path follow-up activities.
the ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of experience in talent development or learning. The candidate should also exhibit advanced proficiency in english and spanish language, as well as exceptional analytical, data-driven decision-making, team player, and problem-solving skills.
the learning and development business partner will collaborate closely with hr generalists and technology stakeholders to gain insight into business priorities and establish relationships with relevant organizations and partners to facilitate the delivery of talent and development programs.
