we have 2 open positions on our team
role 1: english(c1-c2) + hindi
location: dubai
role 2: english c1-c2) + spanish
location: latam (preferably colombia or mexico — bogotá, medellín, cdmx, guadalajara)
what you’ll be doing
* helping customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
* troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
* managing customer requests in crm systems
* collecting feedback to improve service
* providing product walkthroughs and assisting with setup
* working closely with technical, sales, and logistics teams
* ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
what we’re looking for
* 1–3 years in customer support or back office
* experience in high-volume support (chat, calls, or email)
* background in trading platforms, payments, or kyc
* problem-solving mindset + strong communication skills
* ability to multitask in a shift-based / 24/5 setup
* experience in fx brokers or crypto exchanges is a must
nice to have: familiarity with crm/ticketing tools (zendesk, intercom)
