Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and solutions to our clients.
The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in cable manufacturing and or Harness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving in dynamic customer environments (Ford, GM, STLA).
Main responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary technical liaison between us and customers, providing pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues related to quality claims
- Collaborating with R&D; and Industrial performance teams to relay customer feedback and ensure successful product implementations.
- Visiting manufacturing and technical centers.
- Providing technical training and documentation for engineering and field teams.
This role requires someone who is deadline oriented, multitasking, and has strong leadership and negotiation skills.
