your mission
contribute to customer loyalty by providing proactive and self-service support during pre- and post-integration stages.
required skills & experience
* experience providing web technical support or it services support.
* knowledge of rest and soap apis.
* intermediate or advanced proficiency in a high-level programming language (.net, java, php, etc.).
* experience in end-user support/customer service.
* knowledge of version control (git) and web development concepts.
* degree in computer systems engineering or a related field.
note: this position is focused on support, not software development.
key responsibilities
* support clients to ensure the correct consumption of services and product functionality.
* identify and eliminate recurring issues that generate contact with the support area.
* share knowledge and generate content (documentation, libraries, webinars, etc.) to promote self-service.
* track client requirements until satisfactory closure.
* detect opportunities for improvement to strengthen products and enhance the customer experience.
* collaborate on initiatives that drive exceptional service and improve internal processes.
* generate valuable information to support company decision-making.

* schedule: monday to friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
