**Which is the main objective of this role?**
Execute projects of HR services, assuring objectives are achieved according to plan, project related to - Hire to Retire process aligned to company’s guidelines and acoording to ESBO’s strategy for HRSC Centralization.
**What will you be doing?**
- Enable and ensure all services are managed according to the service Levels (SLA & OLA)
- Align practices and services to support business goals.
- Align Corporate changing needs and organizational policies and guidelines.
- Guarantee Project Planning, Execution & Follow Up.
- Establish and deliver continuous improvement activities and processes on the HR Service Delivery model.
- Support project agenda to fulfill project methodology.
- Full control to project’s budget to assure a correct administration.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engeenering or related field
- Background in computer science preferred & Project Management Agenda
- 2+ years of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred
- 100% fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word
- Experience in computer database management preferred
- Certification in project management desirable
