Are you a process optimization expert looking to lead high-complexity technical projects? We are seeking a senior process engineer to strengthen our operations and ensure manufacturing excellence. Key responsibilities: process optimization : define and standardize injection molding parameters to maximize efficiency and minimize scrap rates. Mold validation : lead scientific injection molding protocols (viscosity curves, cavity balance, pressure drop studies, etc.) for new project launches. Technical analysis : perform root cause analysis (rca) to solve chronic quality and productivity issues. Requirements : education: bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, polymers, chemical, or related field). Experience: minimum of 7 years of proven experience in plastic injection molding processes (mandatory). Technical skills: expert mastery of scientific injection molding principles. Extensive experience with various resins (pp, abs, pc, nylon, etc.) and high-complexity molds. Hands-on experience with auxiliary equipment and basic automation/robotics. Solid knowledge of quality standards (iatf 16949 / iso 9001).
