Main responsibilities
* achieve total customer satisfaction by resolving problems, questions, and inquiries. Carry out the process of receiving, processing, and delivering purchase orders provided by the customer, with the goal of fulfilling their product need on time and in full.
* receive customer requirements and orders and enter them into the erp system, maintaining constant communication with customers to clarify any question and confirm delivery dates.
* follow up and drive resolution of disputes on sales orders/deliveries/replacements/returnable packaging to guarantee the best possible service level and ensure a balance of customer satisfaction.
* manage protocol for data and electronic communication with customers.
* access customer supplier portals as applicable (ford & stellantis) to support kanban call‑off, service requirements, and overall customer feedback processes. Manage demand from customer communication and ensure a demand plan is generated into the erp system.
* manage escalating supply issues ensuring customer communication is accurate and timely. Accountable for obtaining customer approval for packaging (expandable and returnable as applicable).
* serve as the focal person within the branch to receive and deploy customer‑specific supply requirements.
education & experience
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* very good communication skills at all levels, especially towards customers.
* working knowledge of ms office and erp systems.
* advanced excel skills.
