We are looking for an *outgoing and motivated community host* to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests.this role combines hospitality, community management, and basic maintenance to ensure our properties run smoothly and offer a welcoming environment.
*key responsibilities*:- *event organization*: plan and host *2 weekly events* to promote interaction and a sense of community among guests.
- *check-in/check-out*: oversee and ensure a seamless experience for guests upon arrival and departure.
- *guest communication*: serve as the main point of contact to answer questions, provide recommendations, and address requests during their stay.
- *reservation management*: handle platforms like airbnb, booking, and u-co's internal system to ensure smooth operations.
- *basic property maintenance*: conduct regular property inspections, address minor repairs, and coordinate with technicians when needed.
*requirements*:- *experience*: minimum *1 year of experience in hospitality*, tourism, or a similar role.
- *language proficiency*: fluent in *english and spanish* (spoken and written).
- *personality*: outgoing, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- *organizational skills*: ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
- *flexibility*: willingness to adapt to a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
