Responsibilities
* requirements analysis and documentation: collaborate with business departments to define business requirements and prepare technical documentation. Assist in drafting requests for proposals (rfps) and participate in selection and evaluation of external vendors.
* system design and development support: assist in designing business processes and breaking down business requirements into product groups. Collaborate with the it team at midea group headquarters on system design, development, testing, and deployment.
* testing and deployment support: participate in system integration testing (sit) and user acceptance testing (uat) to ensure systems meet business requirements. Support system deployment and subsequent optimization efforts.
* operational support and optimization: monitor the status of application systems and provide operational support. Participate in system performance optimization to enhance user experience and business efficiency.
* cross‑department collaboration: work closely with supply chain, finance, warehousing, logistics, sales, and after‑sales departments to ensure it solutions align with business objectives.
qualifications
* education: active students in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related fields.
* language skills: advanced english with fluent spoken english. Knowledge of chinese is a plus.
* technical: familiarity with system design and development processes and understanding of the software development life cycle (sdlc). Ability to analyze requirements and prepare technical documentation.
