role purpose
ensure the control, analysis, and optimization of labor costs, aligning human resources management with the organization’s financial and strategic objectives.
key responsibilities
prepare and manage the payroll budget
analyze actual vs. budgeted labor cost variances
calculate labor provisions (vacation, bonuses, severance, statutory benefits)
participate in the annual workforce budgeting and planning process
monitor and analyze hr kpis : turnover, absenteeism, headcount, productivity, and cost per employee
develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports
support internal hr audits
conduct salary increase and compensation analyses based on market data
evaluate organizational structures and team efficiency
automate reports and analytical processes
manage and maintain internal hr information systems
optimize processes to reduce costs and improve productivity
requirements
5+ years of experience in human resources, compensation, payroll, finance, or controlling
proven experience in headcount budgeting and financial analysis
strong knowledge of hr kpis and metrics
experience working closely with finance teams
advanced excel skills
experience with bi tools such as power bi, tableau, or similar
solid knowledge of payroll, benefits, and labor legislation
business english
