About the role manages the housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards. What you will do special attention to the preferences and needs of vip or high-profile guests, ensuring they receive personalized service tailored to their expectations. Supervise the quality and presentation of details in the rooms, such as orderliness, toiletries, and decoration, to ensure a luxury experience is delivered. Ensure cleaning and preparation services for special events, such as weddings or conferences, making sure all special requirements are met. Ensure compliance with special projects or tasks for preventive maintenance of all resort facilities (ff&e and os&e). Achieve consistency and effectiveness in the hotel’s and brand’s sustainability program. Know and apply the housekeeping standards established by four seasons resorts tamarindo. What you bring experience managing cleaning teams or related rooms departments in hotels or customer service-focused industries. Ability to coordinate and supervise teams, motivating staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service. Fluency in both spanish and english is required. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, property management, or a related field (preferred). Previous leadership or managerial experience overseeing teams such as housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge.
