overview
this position will be responsible for researching and processing monetary adjustments initiated by information requests received from other departments worldwide. The member compensation representative must utilize knowledge of the herbalife marketing plan and employ analytical and research techniques to determine the impact related to the adjustments. The department and workload are heavily audited regularly by internal and external auditors. All work must meet each country’s regulatory requirements. This position will also support staff, management, other departments, international distribution centers, and herbalife nutrition distributors.
this role may require overtime and occasional flexible hours.
responsibilities
* use fact-finding and analytical skills to identify and follow through with detailed calculations on inquiries concerning distributors’ commission, royalty, and production bonus earnings within specified timeframes.
* stay current with herbalife marketing plan, rules, policies, and processes worldwide.
* ensure information requests (irs) have proper approval signatures and supporting documentation to validate adjustments.
* inform the ir initiating office about actions taken, adjustments completed or declined, and if more information is needed.
* create and maintain accurate records across all business systems.
* gain guidance from the supervisor when distributors’ earnings are negatively impacted due to adjustments.
* inform the department auditor of volume adjustments affecting qualifications.
* notify the member compensation administrative group or responsible agent of adjustments impacting top achievers.
* update the member compensation ir access database or rma daily.
* proofread completed irs.
* assist with other departmental tasks to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.
* complete assigned special projects related to member operations.
