Report incidents, hazards, risks, environmental impacts, and energy improvement opportunities, ensuring adherence to operational controls in the workplace. Support the quality management system at slpp, ensuring compliance with quality policies, customer requirements, corporate standards, and applicable systems including iatf 16949, vda 6.3, and cqis. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and energy policies in daily operations. Qualifications bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing/production environments, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles managing teams and operations. Proven experience in production management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g., iatf 16949, iso 9001, iso 14001). Experience managing budgets, kpis, and operational performance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Advanced english proficiency (if applicable). J-18808-ljbffr
