Customer development representative
the customer development representative is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships between the company and key accounts in assigned territories or geographies. This role involves developing and supporting relationships with customers to ensure they carry an appropriate portfolio of products that receive efficient exposure at the retail store level.
key responsibilities:
* building strong customer relationships through proactive understanding of their needs and providing objective analysis of their business.
* developing business solutions to meet customer and company requirements.
* conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.
* interpreting sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities.
sales planning and management
* developing and implementing customer plans to increase sales volume, distribution, and market share.
* working with logistics to plan, analyze, and forecast customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
* providing customer insights to drive incremental growth opportunities.
* supervising activity at clinic level and communicating competitive information to customer marketing and management.
* understanding the strategic purpose of in-store promotions and ensuring compliance with plans.
* providing effective coverage and visiting assigned stores/customers with required frequency.
* supervising kpis and taking action to improve performance.
basic qualifications:
* bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* at least 2 years of experience in the commercial field involving on-site client visits.
* experience working with the skin health industry.
* at least intermediate english level (conversational).
* active driver's license and vehicle.
* availability to travel.
