Key accounts coordinator job description:

this is a commercial transformation role at pmi, where we're transforming our business to deliver a smoke-free future. We're looking for customer-centric individuals with strong b2c experience to shape our commercial strategy.
day-to-day responsibilities:
* deploy commercial and operational initiatives within key accounts (oxxo).
* act as the primary liaison between pmm and strategic partners, ensuring timely activation of initiatives aligned with commercial strategies.
* align shared kpis (volume, market share, inventory) through execution.
* optimize portfolio allocation and minimize loss on goods destroyed (logd) across key accounts.
* closely coordinate with marketing, trade marketing, commercial planning, sfp, c&c, and distribution teams.
* deliver in-depth commercial and numerical analysis to develop tailored strategies for each key account.
requirements:
* university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, communication, or advertising.
* minimum 2 years' experience in trade marketing, sales, category management, or key accounts.
* solid understanding of high-end trade channels.
* analytical mindset with proficiency in excel.
* proficient spoken and written english.
* strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
