about the project:
as an adobe journey optimizer, you will be responsible for leveraging the adobe journey optimizer platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and marketing automation techniques to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

* develop and execute personalized customer journeys using adobe journey optimizer, incorporating various touchpoints such as email, sms, push notifications, and more.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data analytics, and it to gather requirements, define audience segments, and implement targeted campaigns.
* utilize adobe experience cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance.

key responsibilities:
* responsible for daily account reconciliation, including internal accounts, receivables/payables, and bank accounts, ensuring consistency between records and actual balances.
* conduct regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers, prepare and confirm reconciliation statements, and follow up on discrepancies for timely resolution.
* assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, providing accurate, complete, and reliable data to support financial reporting.
