job duties & responsibilities
* provide administrative support to the audit teams through various project-related tasks.
* perform data entry to assist analysts.
* organize audit project data.
* prepare and submit claims to suppliers.
* support audit operations by organizing project-related information.
* continuously track audit tasks.
* generate reports as needed for assigned project(s).
* use the claims management system to monitor progress and ensure supplier compliance.
* demonstrate a basic understanding of recovery auditing.
* problem-solving skills.
* persistence in overcoming daily routine challenges and willingness to seek team support when needed.
* willingness to learn and participate in project analysis activities.
knowledge & qualifications
* university student in economics or business-related fields (finance, business administration, information systems).
* strong data analysis skills and intermediate to advanced excel proficiency.
* good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* desirable english level: b1/b2.
