what you will do
* facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
* coach the development team on agile principles and practices.
* manage and prioritize the sprint backlog in collaboration with the product owner.
* track sprint progress and report on key metrics.
* facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
* identify and resolve conflicts within the team.
* continuously improve team processes and practices.
* maintain project documentation within agile tools (confluence, servicenow).
* support team meetings by capturing notes, aligning next steps, and ensuring follow-up.
what we are looking for
* bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
* 4-6 years of experience as a scrum master.
* expert proficiency in agile tools (confluence, servicenow).
* strong understanding of agile methodologies (scrum, kanban).
* excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
* experience working in a fast-paced, large team environment.
* analytical thinker and problem solver.
* familiarity with software development lifecycle.
* experience working with big data platforms is a plus.
