in this role, you’ll work in one of our ibm consulting client innovation centers (delivery centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
your role and responsibilities
* optimize banking operations: deliver expert guidance on transforming core banking back‑office processes, including lending, settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, accounting, internet banking, mobile banking, and branch transformation.
* support third‑party integration: implement third‑party services, such as alipay, to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* consult on transformative strategies: apply industry knowledge to consult and support clients in implementing transformative strategies that align with their business goals, driving business growth and efficiency.
* analyze business processes: perform in-depth analysis of banking operations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
* deliver client solutions: collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs, leveraging expertise in financial services and business transformation.
