Overviewvacante para la empresa naps méxico en ramos arizpe, coahuila de zaragozaposition overviewwe are seeking an entry-level accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations for our mexico plant.this role will focus on transactional accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, and reconciliations) while also providing opportunities to assist with month-end close, reporting, and audit preparation.key responsibilitiestransactional accountingprocess and record accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.maintain accounts receivable records, prepare customer statements, and support collections follow-up.review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.prepare and reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card statements.record general ledger journal entries in epicor erp.month-end close & reportingassist in monthly closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.support preparation of internal reports for u.s. and canada sg&a; entities.provide documentation and analysis for internal and external audits.process & complianceensure transactions are compliant with internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures.maintain organized financial records and support the finance manager with ad-hoc projects.identify opportunities to improve efficiency in accounting processes.qualificationsbachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.0-2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
knowledge of basic accounting principles (gaap/ifrs exposure a plus).
