Job characteristics: responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Able to troubleshoot and resolve basic service support challenges. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety-focused environment. Capable of providing more technical service support, including installation, calibration, and ongoing maintenance. Developing an understanding of the business, products/services, and account needs. Assists with training customers.
education/work experience: secondary diploma or equivalent required, with 1-3 years of experience in an industrial/mechanical environment. Water treatment experience is preferred, or a technical degree with 0-2 years of experience.
