Scope:the mobile business manager is responsible for the development of the smartphones product category within assigned territory. Business channels to develop are retail, carriers and b2b.main task is to design and execute an effective strategy while working and managing an agreed upon p&l.duties & responsibilities:- responsible of developing the mobile business in the region assigned. - work closely with the purchasing department on the management of related vendors, contracts, and product mix. - responsible of the inventory management of the mobile business, according to the objectives outlined in the plan. - develop new brands within carrier channel and open market. - develop new relationships with potential b2b customers. - enhance consumer engagement with main accounts. - update monthly the forecasted p&l. - execute quarterly business reviews (qbr) with main accounts. - achieve assigned sales targets. - psi management per account. Verifying account ́s sell-out and inventory level yoy. - portfolio management (including product life cycle) and price strategy. - product homologation. - secure pos exhibition aligned to brand ́s marketing strategy. - define performance targets for promoters and monitor progress. - demand planning and high engagement level with our suppliers.skills & qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in a mobile division. - 10+ year of experience in consumer electronics within the modern retail channel. - experience leading teams. - highly developed negotiation and presentation skills. - ability to design product strategies and following-up on its proper execution. - high level of understanding of sales, product, marketing and scm management. - understanding of p&l drivers. - strong analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving. - ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - advanced knowledge of microsoft office. - advanced english level.
