We are currently seeking a Customer Services Project Manager for a global technology company specialized in advanced digital imaging, visualization and collaboration solutions serving the cinema and entertainment industries worldwide.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong operational project management experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments where execution timing, deployment coordination, logistics, service quality and issue resolution are critical to business success.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT an IT Project Management position.
We are specifically looking for professionals with operational backgrounds in entertainment, electronics, audiovisual, telecommunications or large-scale deployment environments — not software development or traditional IT delivery profiles.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer projects from kickoff through final operational delivery
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including logistics, engineering, service, operations and support
* Monitor timelines, execution risks, deployment changes and customer expectations
* Lead customer communication regarding project status, escalations and operational updates
* Ensure high standards of service quality, execution efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Coordinate deployment schedules, site readiness and operational follow-up activities
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations and project execution
Ideal Background
* Experience managing operational or customer-facing projects in dynamic environments
* Strong exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Deployment Operations or Service Delivery
* Experience managing timeline changes, scheduling adjustments and operational escalations
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously under pressure
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Advanced English communication required
* Organized, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
* Experience handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience in cinema technology, audiovisual integration, projection systems, entertainment operations or customer deployment environments is considered a strong advantage, although not mandatory for the right profile.
