the organization seeks a chief it transformation specialist to drive the implementation of hr, health & safety, and facilities systems. This technical point of contact will work closely with human resources and technology teams to enhance continuous improvement.
* partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements in hr tools and processes.
* evaluate system compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
* develop recommendations for process/customer service enhancements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policies.
