we're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team and drive growth through exceptional client service and meticulous order management.
in this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our international clients, ensuring their orders are processed efficiently and their needs are met with precision.

*what you'll do*:
- *process and manage international orders* from start to finish, ensuring accurate system entry and timely fulfillment.
- provide *proactive and thorough follow-up* on all international client orders, keeping them informed every step of the way.
- *oversee and manage all export documentation*, ensuring compliance and smooth customs clearance.
- *generate comprehensive sales reports* and key performance indicator (kpi) analyses for leadership.
what we're looking for:
- *advanced english proficiency (c1 required)* with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- proven experience in *international client relations* and order management.
- exceptional *attention to detail, organizational skills*, and administrative capabilities.
- a strong background in *sales*.
what we offer:
- *competitive monthly salary* of $18,000 mxn gross.
- *stable work schedule*: monday to friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
