the service department is responsible for the smooth running of our customer's wind farms, ensuring the highest levels of performance from each turbine for its entire lifespan. It works to ensure that the turbines are operational to their maximum capacity, delivering the best possible energy yield for customers. As such, the team is key to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.
*responsibilities and qualifications*
advanced sap user and understanding of mrp logic
advanced user of excel (vlookup, countifs, match, index)
intermediate ms office, particularly word, excel, and powerpoint
good knowledge about order management processes and flows
highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written (in english)
strong skills in prioritizing tasks and managing time
strong team player
ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be flexible in meeting new requirements
ability to influence others and get others' buy-in on solutions and decisions
manage all day to day operational aspects of safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
