position purpose
oversee the management of assigned watches brands, encompassing the entire process from product selection to commercialization. Ensure profitability and brand positioning through strategic procurement, while driving sales growth across both existing and emerging channels.
position general expectations:
* identify and select commercially viable products that align with brand positioning.
* coordinate with the purchasing department for the strategic acquisition of products.
* implement commercial strategies defined by directors and contribute ideas for the development of new strategies based on execution know-how.
* manage end-to-end relationships with assigned brands, from product selection to sales.
* analyze the profitability of each product line to optimize the commercial portfolio.
* design and execute commercial activation plans to increase visibility and sales.
* establish and maintain strategic relationships with key buyers in department store chains.
* monitor product performance and adjust strategies according to results.
* prepare sales forecasts, follow up on commercial objectives, and deliver periodic reports.
* manage optimal inventory levels and appropriate turnover in coordination with logistics, preventing excesses and stockouts.
* develop and present comparative performance analyses across brands and categories to identify growth opportunities.
* implement corrective actions when products do not meet established sales objectives.
* coordinate communication and promotional campaigns for assigned brands with the marketing team.
qualifications
* previous positions in areas like sales, data analys, buyer, planner, brand management.
* proficiency in market research and data analysis
* strong communication and collaboration skills
* creativity and innovation in brand development
* experience in the fashion industry is a plus
* bilingual proficiency in spanish and english is preferred
