You’ll work closely with the management team and it department to develop strategic projects, leading the transition to data visualization models that enhance efficiency across the organization. Additionally, you’ll support other departments with similar needs, promoting a collaborative and integrated approach.

- advanced english for communication with global teams (nível c1).
- advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in call center, or fintech.
- degree in science, calculus, mathematics, mathematical physics, or related fields.
- proven experience in collections or debt recovery strategy management — minimum 2 years.
- strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to optimize processes.
- analytical thinking for effective decision-making.
- experience in developing and implementing collections strategies.
- knowledge of pbx systems and dialer software for managing customer contact processes.
- excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
*preferred qualifications*:
- knowledge of programming languages (e.g., sql, python).
- experience working in financial institutions, banks, or microfinance organizations.
- certification in risk management, credit analysis, or finance.
- experience in implementing and operating gsm gateways and proficiency in their use.

*what will you do in this role?*
- manage the development and implementation of debt collection strategies to improve collections performance.
- direct the development, execution, and performance tracking of collections strategies.
- develop templates for communication and other tools to optimize the collections process.
- monitor and control dialer operations to ensure the efficiency of borrower contact strategies.
- analyze data, identify trends in debtor behavior, and implement improvements to enhance recovery rates.
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards in debt collection processes.
- support the operations and administration teams, enhancing their operational efficiency.
- manage the it area to ensure tools are in optimal condition.
- manage large datasets, integrating and visualizing information for multiple departments.
- support the team in commercial projects by analyzing data and generating reports that maximize profitability.
- develop relational models between kpis to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- collaborate with it to ensure efficient data integration and accurate visualization models.
- design and develop kpi dashboards on leading platforms, based on the business's strategic requirements.
