the colleague experience group (ceg), formerly known as human resources, seeks to provide a great colleague experience every day.
We are looking for a payroll tax specialist to join our team, and lead key processes for lac region, also to support the ongoing strategic transformation of the team, focused on improve end-to-end servicing experience.
*main responsibilities*:
- execute payroll tax and regulatory processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting and payment to the local authorities.
- lead reporting and payment of regulatory and tax obligations (e.g. Isn, isr, ss). Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to proceed with reporting and payments
- support payroll operations. Conduct controls and validations to ensure timely and accurate payment to colleagues.
- support continues improvements and initiatives related to payroll and payroll tax function in the region.
- support internal audits and external mexico federal and state tax authorities inquires and intimations.
- create and maintain repository source of information and documentation (sops) as per company standards.
*skills & qualifications*:
- 5+ years of mexico payroll and payroll tax work experience is required/mandatory.
- 2+proof experience in tax and regulatory matters for lac (mexico and preferred argentina, brasil. Chile.)
- knowledge on regulatory processes such us: ss, isn, isr.
- experience with sap payroll system or similar.
- advanced level of english.
- proficient with ms word and excel.
- highly organized and detail oriented.
- ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadliness are met.
- strong leadership skills.
