*r*equisitos*:*
- bachelor's degree in management, economics, finance, accounting or related field.
- advanced english level c1-c2
- minimum 1 year experience in quality monitoring or training positions in the call center industry.
- knowledge of quality assurance metrics.
- familiarity with redeco, condusef and profeco obligations.
- intermediate proficiency in microsoft office, especially excel, word and outlook.
- strong communication skills.
- high degree of honesty and desire for professional development.
- results oriented and goal oriented.
