we are looking for a skilled model-based development (mbd) / hil validation engineer with experience in matlab/simulink, powertrain systems, and validation environments. The ideal candidate will work on development, calibration, and validation of automotive control systems using model-based techniques.
key responsibilities
* develop and maintain model-based designs (mbd) using matlab/simulink
* perform hil validation and testing for automotive ecus
* work on powertrain systems and calibration activities
* develop and execute test cases and validation plans
* analyze system behavior and debug issues in simulation and real-time environments
* collaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, validation, calibration)
* support system integration and performance optimization
required skills
* strong experience in model-based development (mbd)
* hands-on with matlab/simulink
* experience in hil testing & validation
* knowledge of powertrain systems & calibration
* good understanding of automotive embedded systems
* strong debugging and analytical skills
preferred skills
* experience with dspace / etas / vector tools (canoe/canalyzer)
* knowledge of autosar architecture
* basic python or scripting for automation
qualifications
- bachelor's/master's in electrical / electronics / automotive / mechanical engineering- 3+ years of relevant experience
