technical support engineer (full bilingual)

responding to and following up on technical support tickets.
providing direct assistance to clients to identify and solve it issues.
remotely accessing client systems and devices for diagnostics.
installing and configuring hardware, software, and networks.
traveling to client offices or server locations when required.
troubleshooting and resolving hardware, network, and software incidents.
delivering basic user training on software.
preparing detailed work and performance reports.
professional degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, communications, it, or related fields). At least 2+ years of experience in technical support or in the technology and security sector.
