As an professional product coordinator, you will bring support to related to pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support through efficient management of administrative processes and report to the jr manager of professional application.
*key responsibilities*
- ensure the minimum profitability established for resources.
- efficiently monitor supplier payments and customer invoices for each project.
- make the corresponding orders and follow up until confirming delivery on site.
- keep control of the inventory and consumption of materials in each project
- follow the training plan for the current year and internal policies.
- verify that each support document is in the corresponding folder of each oracle project.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in administrative or accounting.
- knowledge of basic english to develop internally.
- intermediate level of microsoft office package and oracle.
- availability to work hybrid #li-hybrid for 3 months.
