This is a full-time, work-from-home vacancy! We want individuals who chase growth and set ambitious goals.

We are seeking a detail oriented dispatcher / logistics coordinator for a *freight*(*trucking) company* responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, optimizing routes, negotiating prices, maintaining communication with drivers and clients, and ensuring that deliveries are made safely and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

*key responsibilities*:

- schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries based on customer needs, driver availability, and regulations
- use online tools to identify loads from the city destination back and forward for multiple trucks at an optimal rate
- monitor real-time status of shipments and adjust schedules to avoid delays or disruptions
- maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and address any issues
- communicate with brokers and negotiate lane price to move trucks
- track and record delivery progress and provide eta updates to clients as needed
- ensure compliance with all safety and company regulations
- maintain accurate records of transportation and delivery activities using tms or dispatch software
- provide excellent customer service to both clients and drivers

*qualifications*
- *fully bilingual. English proficiency is required.*:

- *college preferred or equivalent experience.*:

- previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination preferred
- strong understanding of freight regulations
- proficiency in dispatch software and microsoft office (excel, outlook, etc.)
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions
- must be highly organized and detail-oriented

- college preferred or equivalent experience.
- own a modern computer (i3 processor or above, 8 gb ram)
