resources will be hired on training capacity for operations roles, manage day-to-day operations, product, and end-user communication, understand and trained to deliver services on a delivery center practice with the understanding of service levels, automation and productivity:
* must be able to speak, read and write fluently in english and spanish.
* must be able to pass an english evaluation and score at least b2.
* must be able to pass a technical evaluation.
* must have basic abilities to handle a computer, be familiar with windows 11, microsoft office, mobile devices
* scheduling availability
* the field of study aligned with technology or customer service (computer engineering, computer science, international affairs) along with the above requirements

* fluent communication
* be able to work on group set ups
* comprehensive reading and instruction following
* documentation of activities and log of activities
* priority based execution (school examples are acceptable)
