Key responsibilities
* support on fp&a activities including reporting, calendar management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* prepare and book journal entries in accordance with us gaap.
* partner with procurement organization to provide financial insights and clarify accounting implications of business decisions.
* work cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
* ensure financial and accounting activities comply with sox internal controls.
* drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. (mba / cpa preferred).
* 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
knowledge & skills
* problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
* effective communication and results oriented.
* financial analysis, financial modelling, and financial planning.
* accounting, us gaap, internal controls.
* proficient in excel and erp systems (sap preferred).
* project management (preferred)
