We're looking for a *bilingual community manager* to help us connect with drivers, grow our user base, and bring local insights to our product team.
*the role*
as community manager - mexico, you’ll be the face and voice of us to mexican drivers. You’ll build relationships, support users, and grow our community both online and in-person.
*what you’ll do*
- run referral and rewards programs to boost sign-ups and user content
- personally welcome new users with calls and encourage reviews
- moderate online groups, highlight top pois, reviews, and weigh station reports
- host small events (live q&as, webinars, office hours)
- share driver feedback with our product team
- track community metrics and improve based on results
*what you’ll bring*
- fluent in english and spanish (spoken and written)
- outgoing, community-focused, and creative
- experience using facebook groups, whatsapp communities, tiktok, or reels to build engagement
*bonus points*
- 2+ years managing or moderating digital communities
- knowledge of mexico’s trucking culture—routes, slang, safety concerns, etc.
pay: $8,800.72 - $21,517.24 per month
