responsibilities
* communicate field and 0 mileage issues to all the organization.
* register and keep all the documentation updated related to the customer issues.
* customer meetings to inform about parts analysis and problem solving follow up.
* corrective actions follow up and if needed escalation be able to create reports and presentations to get the management support and remove blocking points.
* b2b portals check on a daily basis. (gm, ford...)
* negotiate / dispute no conformities related to customer process.
* warranty / field data analysis and follow up.
* root cause analysis for customer issues, coordinate and be part of a multidisciplinary team for 8ds responses.
* external sorting coordination with customer service engineers at customer facilities.
your profile
* mechatronic engineer, industrial engineer.
* more than 2 years of experience (customer interface experience b2b).
* core tools.
* advanced english.
* effective communication.
* problem solving.
