Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time, and Mexican Payroll to meet client requirements.
- Module Configuration: Configure SAP HCM modules including payroll, time management, and organizational management to ensure seamless integration and data synchronization.
- Implementation & Support: Provide hands-on implementation and support for SAP HCM projects, including roll-outs for integral entities, ensuring timely completion and optimal results.
- Payroll Expertise: Handle end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, garnishments, and year-end activities, with precision and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- SAP HCM Experience: Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM solutions, including payroll, time management, and organizational management.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in SAP HCM, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
